Jabs Student Course Substitution Request Process
Students requesting a course substitution for transfer credit or a study abroad program must complete the appropriate Jabs Course Substitution Request Form.
Before you begin
Before submitting a course substitution request, we strongly recommend meeting with your primary academic advisor. Your advisor can help you identify courses that align with your degree requirements and discuss which substitutions may be appropriate.
You may check and refer to the Transfer Equivalency Guide or the Jabs Study Abroad Transfer Equivalency Guide to see if your desired substitute courses have been previously approved.
Transfer Equivalency Guide Tip! If a course is noted as "ELEC 100" or "ELEC 300,"then this course still requires
evaluation.
