Webinar series presented by University of Idaho Extension, Utah State University Extension, University of Nevada - Reno Extension, and Montana State University Extension.

"A Guide to the New Era of Grasshoppers in the West"  - February 6th CHP Webinar

This month, Dr. Silvia Rondon, Oregon State University Integrated Pest Management Center Director and Professor and Extension Entomology Specialist, will be giving a webinar entitled "A Guide to the New Era of Grasshoppers in the West."

Date: Thursday, February 6th, 11 a.m. (Pacific Time)/12 noon (Mountain Time)

Description: This webinar will cover the basic history of grasshoppers in the West, including pesticides and programs developed by state agencies. The most important grasshoppers species in the West and what we know about them will also be discussed. The presentation will also cover how we currently manage grasshoppers and the advantages and disadvantages of each management practice.
