Instructions
- Roast lentil protein at 400°F for 10 minutes until just golden and fragrant.
- Combine and blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Press the mixture into a pan lined with parchment; refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
