We deliver reliable mail distribution on behalf of campus stakeholders.
Location/Hours of Operation
Mail Services is located on the first floor of Culbertson Hall (between Johnstone Center and Langford Hall). Convenient 15-minute customer parking spots are available on Harrison Street in front of the lobby entrance.
Post Office Customer Service Window
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (open during the noon hour)
Mail service is limited to official University business only. Mail is sorted and delivered to primary departmental offices, not individual faculty/staff offices.
Student mail will be routed through the Bozeman city mail services. Please contact the Baxter post office location for any inquiries into student mail services.
*Note: Retail window hours are the following:
Mon - Fri from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
