There can be significant financial consequences of withdrawing, depending on how a student funds their semester.Before submitting a withdrawal form, students should carefully review the academic and financial implications on the Semester Withdrawal - Adjustment of Tution & Fees website.

Graduate students must fill out the Graduate Semester Withdrawal Form.

Terms and Conditions
Students that have not paid or confirmed their bill should contact the Registrar's Office at 406-994-6650 or registrar@montana.edu.
Students wishing to drop some, but not all classes should visit the Add/Drop website.
Students wanting to withdrawal from a previous semester must apply for a Retroactive University Withdrawal.
Graduate students must complete the Graduate Semester Withdrawal form.
