Hill County 4-H Council
The Hill County 4-H Council serves to promote the 4-H club work in the county and state through education, cooperation with the county extension office and learn by doing projects, club meetings, county activities and community service projects. The Hill County 4-H Council aims to provide opportunities for youth of Hill County to foster positive self concept, learn decision making skills, take responsibility of choices, develop an inquiring mind, relate to self/others, and acquire a concern for communities both locally and globally.
