The Gardening in Montana online course (formerly the Master Gardener training course) is designed to provide you with the knowledge to build a research-based foundation of gardening principles, tools, and problem-solving skills specific to Montana.

Whether you are a home gardener, working in the green industry, or interested in becoming a community educator through the Montana Master Gardener Volunteer Program, this 10-module online self-paced course gives you the flexibility to strengthen your gardening knowledge including topics like Soil and Plant Science, growing Vegetables and Fruit, Planting & Pruning Woody Ornamentals, Turf Lawns & Alternatives, Herbaceous Perennials & Landscaping, and Integrated Pest Management.
