The Programs of the Center support the professional development of all faculty (tenure-track and non-tenure track) across all career stages in the areas of teaching, research/creative activity, outreach/service and leadership.To complement those programs, we offer certificates of completion and awards to recognize faculty achievements.

Early Career Faculty Success Program

This program builds a welcoming and inclusive culture starting at new faculty orientation with a new faculty website and checklists, monthly meetings and a certificate of completion.

Mentoring Programs

Mentorship encompasses all aspects of what we do at MSU. We offer faculty mentoring, mentor training, indigenous mentoring and more.

Faculty Learning Communities

These communities of practice formed around topics such as US 101 Seminar leaders, writing groups, large classrooms, and others.
