Anne Cantrell is assistant director of the MSU News Service, where she covers the College of Education, Health and Human Development and the MSU Library. Anne also serves as editor of Mountains and Minds magazine and writes for the university's administration. Anne has a master’s degree in journalism and a bachelor's degree in English. She has been a staff member in University Communications since 2006.

Skip Anderson

Covers: Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering

Skip is the primary liaison between MSU News Service and the Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering. He is an award-winning journalist, having served as editor of three weekly newspapers in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as a several publications and websites at Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining MSU News Service, Skip served six years as the communications specialist for the MSU’s Center for Biofilm Engineering. He graduated with honors from Belmont University with a BA in Journalism.

Robert is a content producer for the MSU News Service, where he operates the MSU Today email. Originally from Maryland, Robert has lived in Montana since 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Frostburg State University. Robert has prior experience working for Maryland Public Television and Frostburg State University’s student newspaper.
