HRDC’s Blueprint Continuum – Young Adult (16-24) Transitional Housing and Supportive Services
HRDC’s Emergency Shelter, Homeward Point - HRDC’s Warming Center offers emergency shelter to anyone in need.
HRDC’s Daytime Services at Homeward Point – Daytime services include recovery groups, peer support, educational groups, and volunteering, as well as access to showers/laundry/electronics charging from 9am-12pm Tuesday-Friday.
