HRDC’s Blueprint Continuum – Young Adult (16-24) Transitional Housing and Supportive Services

HRDC’s Emergency Shelter, Homeward Point - HRDC’s Warming Center offers emergency shelter to anyone in need.

HRDC’s Daytime Services at Homeward PointDaytime services include recovery groups, peer support, educational groups, and volunteering, as well as access to showers/laundry/electronics charging from 9am-12pm Tuesday-Friday.
