A Little About Me: I grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, so I have spent all my life in and around the mountains. I have been studying sustainable food systems at MSU for two years now and am passionate about promoting sustainability and keeping the earth happy. In my free time, I love to be outside hiking, climbing, and camping, and I also have a passion for travel. Books and music are close to my heart as well. As a tutor, I believe that writing is a collaborative process and I am excited to help you on your journey!

A Little About Me: Hi, I’m Cecilia and it is my third semester here at the Writing Center. I grew up in Alaska, and am here at MSU to look at cool rocks (study Geology). I enjoy backpacking, knitting, camping and most things that involve crafting or spending time with my friends outside. I also like working with pretty much all types of writing, from lab reports to creative writing, and am looking forward to seeing all your projects this semester!

A Little About Me: I was born and raised in Billings, Montana's “big city.” Science and English courses are generally my favorites, but specifically, I love chemistry! Outside of school, I enjoy crafts and drawing; currently, I am learning embroidery. I also enjoy hiking, hammocking, and playing pickle-ball. As a tutor, I want to help you with your points of need. That may be thinking of essay concepts together or heavy proofreading - whatever you would like to work on. A Little About Me: Hi there! I'm currently in my third year here at MSU studying financial engineering. As a STEM major I have written my share of technical reports and am more than happy to help! If I’m on campus, then you can expect to find me in class or at the writing center. When I'm not banded to campus you will most likely find me casting into the Madison or hiking along the “M” Trail. A Little About Me:
Hi there! My name is Ginger and this is my fourth year at MSU. Outside of school and work, I love playing the French horn, looking for rocks, and reading about polar voyages. I have several tattoos, including a crawdad and a raccoon skull. I think that writing is one of the most versatile tools at my disposal, especially when it comes to sharing my passions with others. I know that inviting someone new into my own writing process can be quite daunting, so I’m excited to offer others a welcoming, collaborative tutoring experience!

A Little About Me: I cannot stand being bored, have an insatiable need for answers, and love creative intellectual challenges. A Little About Me: Hi! I am Kaylie and I am a political science major from Snohomish, Washington, a little bit north of Seattle. I love to ski, run, bike, swim, and spend lots of time outdoors. On campus, I am also a part of the Student Advocates for Reproductive Rights group and love sharing our work. I am passionate about helping others! A Little About Me: Hi! My name is Kate and I’m from Athens, Georgia! I am an English Literature major with a minor in English Writing (so clearly, I love English). In my free time, I love to cook, bake, read, and spend time with my friends and family. A Little About Me: Hey gang! I’m from Roberts Montana, a town with fewer than 300 people, and I love the writing process. All aspects, from brainstorming and drafting all the way through revision, reworks, and final edits. One of my favorite things is seeing what other people have to say, because people are creative and I get to learn so much from seeing how and what other people write. I was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon where I grew up tide pooling and skiing mashed potatoes (if you know you know). As a Liberal Studies major, I have a passion for seeking connection between different disciplines. I love to backpack anywhere above a tree line, practice ASL, and cook way too much food so I can share with the people I love. A Little About Me: Hello, hello! I’m Sydney and I am a fourth-year student from Colorado. With my major in Psychology, I love to help and get to know others, so fostering a supportive and productive environment is my main priority as a tutor. Creative writing is my biggest passion. So far, I have published two novels and am currently composing my third. When I’m not writing, I enjoy reading, being outside, exercising, spending time with loved ones, and going on adventures. After graduating this spring, I will pursue my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and become a therapist specializing in eating disorders.

A Little About Me: Hi, I’m Sasha! I’m a first-year student studying biochemistry (and love it). My childhood was spent between Portland, Oregon and various locations in the Middle East and Europe, including Tbilisi, Jerusalem, and Moscow. If I don’t have my head stuck in a chemistry textbook, you can find me drawing, struggling through a yoga routine, or blasting music at full volume (anything from Bob Dylan to Bauhaus to Beastie Boys). As a bilingual person who has spent a lot of time around a myriad of languages and multilingual people, I understand just how difficult it can be to utilize language to your needs; so, I am excited and eager to collaborate with you!
