One of the best ways to define and own your path at MSU is to meet one-on-one with your partners on campus, Forge Access Advisors.  You may want to meet just once or twice to discuss a specific idea or challenge, or you may want to set up regular meetings to discuss goals, strengths, and challenges and, together, craft your personalized path to a successful and enriching MSU and Gallatin College experience.

Some of the reasons to visit with a Forge Access Advisor are: Trevor

  • You are new to the college experience and are curious about resources and services.
  • You have challenges outside of campus that may keep you from attending and being successful in classes.
  • You are struggling in classes and want to build a better success plan.
  • You are feeling aimless and unmotivated and want to (re)discover your purpose.
  • You feel you need to access accommodations and don’t know where to start.
  • You are not sure of your current major or career path and want to explore what MSU and Forge have to offer.
  • You are ready to take on leadership or extracurricular roles at MSU and don’t know where to start.
