During the year, maintenance and events necessitate the closure of campus lots. Known dates of lot closures are listed below. Signage will be posted and email notification will be sent to permit holders articulating the closure and where vehicles can be parked during the closure.

Please note that vehicles not relocated by the time specified on the date of each designated closure will be subject to citation and towing at owners expense ($300). Our goal is not to have to tow any vehicles, so please be mindful of closures that impact the areas where you park. Please see our parking map for reference.

During this period, we kindly ask you to utilize other available Bobcat parking lots on campus. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

West Garfield Street Partial Closure

7/20/2026 at 6am - 7/24/2026 at the end of day.

During this closure, we kindly ask our
  • East Paisley Court Fox permit holders and Housing Employees to move their vehicles and utilize Bison Lot 1. Bison Lot 1 will be accessible from West Lincoln Street.
  • Bobcat permit holders are to utilize alternative Bobcat lots. The closest Bobcat Lots to this vicinity are Bobcat Lots 3, and 5.

Individuals who need access to these buildings are welcome to use other service drives on campus.

During this closure, we kindly ask you to utilize alternative Bison Lots. The closest lots to Bison Lot 26 are Bison 8, 9, and 28.

Harrison Street Closure

During these closures, we kindly ask through vehicle traffic to utilize other routes to reach your destination. Additionally, due to the limited visitor, 30-minute, and ADA parking that will be available in the open section of W. Harrison Street, you may need to consider utilizing other visitor, 30-minute, and ADA parking areas on campus, such as Level 1 and 2 of the Parking Garage.
